        Living Healthy does not only mean being physically active it also require healthy foods  not just to stay  fit  but also to be away from any sickness and to have strong immunity against many viruses in our environment. Indeed, it is a crucial need  for us to be healthy ,why?  Maybe one of the main reason is that not all of us can afford Hospital bills when we get sick and nowadays life is hard to live in.                                  These foods are consider the healthiest among others because these are some of the foods which contain the nutrients and vitamins  that  are essential needs  of our body  to be healthy. 
                                Having these Guidelines about what are the healthy foods and also consider the fact  that  this are very much affordable for everyone lets' take into consideration the fact  that  we should not only depend on   what we eat  but rather do some  physical activities such as exercise , playing outdoor games and and any other activity that could help enhance us .
